Mat Pilates
Back to basics: bodyweight, breath, and control. A low-impact, full-body workout using body weight and small props to build strength, flexibility, and posture. Focused on breath and alignment, and suitable for all fitness levels.
Mum & Bubs
A calm, postnatal Pilates class for you and your little one. Mums & Bubs blends mat and reformer Pilates to rebuild core strength, improve alignment, and restore confidence. Babies can rest beside you, creating a relaxed, supportive environment for mums to move and reconnect.
Reformer Stretch
A gentle stretch-based pilates class on the reformer, designed to improve mobility, release tension, and restore balance.
Our Stretch class focuses on slow, controlled movements and longer-held stretch to enhance flexibility, ease muscle tightness and supports joint health
Signature Reformer
Strong, balanced, and supported. A modern reformer class blending classic Pilates with energising flow to build strength, control, and confidence. Suitable for all levels.
Reformer FIT
Jump, sweat, and sculpt. A fun, fast-paced reformer workout combining jumpboard cardio, strength, and classic Pilates moves for a full-body burn. Low-impact and joint-friendly, with options for all fitness levels.
Reformer Align
Find your flow, lengthen, and realign. A slower, mindful reformer class focused on posture, alignment, and mobility. Flow through stretches and balance work to release tension and restore harmony. Suitable for all levels.
Foundations
Beginner, introductory class. Learn the reformer, key movements, and Pilates basics to build confidence and technique for future classes. There is a foundations class for Mat & Reformer.
Senior Pilates
A supportive Pilates experience designed to keep you strong, mobile & confident.
Our Seniors Pilates class combines exercises tailored to improve strength, balance, & mobility. With a focus on improving posture, overall movement quality, joint stability, these sessions help you move with greater ease in everyday life
Reformer Power
Turn up the resistance. A strength-based reformer workout using heavier springs to build muscle, power, and control. Suitable for all levels, with options to scale or challenge.
